Welcome travelers who enjoy traveling and cherish environment to stay in Tai-Ho Lodge B&B. Please read the House Rules carefully before you make a reservation.
A. Preface
1. No smoking in the house.
2. The guest rooms are on the second floor. All guests share a bathroom. There is also a shared toilet on the ground floor.
3. In the bathroom are a hair-dryer, bath gel and shampoo. Please prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Please put the hair-dryer back to where it is.
4. Each guest room is provided a water boiler and mugs.
5. The bed clothing will be changed based on each group of guests or every three nights.
6. Each guest is provided with bath towel and hand towel which will be changed every three nights or on request.
7. Tai-Ho Lodge is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please keep your voice down after 10 pm on weekdays.
8. Chech-in time is usually after 15:00. Earlier check-in is possible if your reserved room is not occupied.
9. Check-out time is usually before 12:00. Later check-out till 15:00 is possible if your room is not reserved by others.

C. Room Rates
1. Down payment: Please pre-pay 1/3 of the total payment. For one-night stay in Room Sunshine, 1/2 pre-payment is requested. Before receiving the down payment, your reservation is registered as reserved but still opened for others to book. Tai-Ho Lodge will NOT inform you if any other travelers make the booking. If other traveler confirms the booking and pays the down payment, your booking will be cancelled.
2. Balance: Please pay the balance in CASH while checking in.
3. Cancelling booking:；
(1) Within two weeks before check-in date, the down payment will not be returned.
(2) Two weeks and more before check-in date, the down payment deducting the necessary cost will be returned.
(3) Due to irresistible causes, the down payment deducting the necessary cost will be returned despite of the 2 weeks condition.
(4) Please allow the necessary working days for the procedure of returning the down payment.

D. Check-in
1. The living room, dinning room and the garden are only open at breakfast time. There are micro-wave and toaster which can be used on request. Please ask how to operate them before using.
2. Your room rate is including breakfast.
3. All guests are welcomed to dine with us. Please share the cost. Dinner includes a starter (soup or salad), a main course and a dessert.4. Each room is prepared a trash can with garbage bag. When it's full, please tie the garbage bag and throw it into the GREY trash can and the paper in the BLUE can.
5. During your stay, only the public area will be cleaned daily. Please keep your room clean.
6. For your safety, please mop the floor after shower.
7. Money and valuables are at your own care. Tai-Ho Lodge is not responsible for any of your lost.
